The Kansas City Emerging Developers Summit will be held Weds./Thurs. Sept 4-5, 2024 at Metropolitan Community College – Penn Valley Campus., 3201 Southwest Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64111.
People of color are under-represented in the real estate development industry due to certain financial and social barriers. The purpose of the Summit is to share available financial resources and best practices to overcome these barriers and help in the development of housing and commercial facilities in communities which have suffered too long from disinvestment.
